Exhibitor Info - Exhibit at Ireland's first consumer Pet Expo
Innovative Events will be staging and promoting Ireland’s only dedicated consumer Pet Exhibitions, featuring everything that is relevant to the ownership and care of the family Pet.

Due to public demand Pet Expo 2010 is in the RDS Dublin.

We are continuing to try and source a new venue for Pet Expo Munster and will keep the website updated.

Pet Expo 2010 is a 3-day consumer show, open to the public, taking place in the RDS, Dublin over a weekend on the 2nd - 4th July, 2010.

At the show, you will find Pet Turtle various pets, pet products, service providers, entertainers, clubs and organisations that cater to pets.

An extensive PR and Marketing plan will be in place, building on the one used for Pet Expo 2009 which attracted over 22,000 visitors over the 3 days. With additional outdoor space and activities we can accommodate more visitors and due to introducing the outdoor element to the show, visitors will now be able to bring along their dog, who must be keep on a lease and it will be the responsibility of the owner to bring along Poop Scoops Bags & clean up after their pet. A dedicated Dog refreshment area will be provided.. All visitors must comply with the Control of Dogs Act , stated in the Visitors page of the website.

Exhibiting Rate & Prices for Pet Expo 2010:
Indoors

Shell Scheme Stand	€180 sq mt
Space Only	€160 sq mt
The above rates do not include electrics. These must be ordered and paid directly to the electrical contractor

Outdoors

Tented Grass Arena Minimum stand size
9 sq mt	€850.00
18 sq mt	€1500.00
(Exhibitors must supply their own pergolas or tents to qualify for this area).

Space only €150.00 sq mt

VAT is additional @ 21%

Payment Terms
50% on booking and balance by 21st May 2010
Debit & Credit Card Payments are accepted but are subject to a 1.5% charge.
Deposits are not refundable.
New easy payment option, by monthly direct debit.

UK Exhibitors are required to pay in Euro or Euro Draft or Bank Transfer. Irish VAT must be paid and reclaim forms will be provided.
